Call Handler

One of our clients , a busy and growing NHS related call centre based near Birmingham Town Centre, require Call Handler/ Customer Service Executives for an immediate start and positions possibly leading to permanent after a successful trial period, along with progression potential within a national company.

You will be workin within a busy team the general duties of the job role include dealing with NHS order enquiries and assisting with the relevant actions.

You must  have Call Centre experience, preferably within an NHS related environment, with any Supervisory background an added bonus.
