Receptionist

One of our clients is  currently looking for a part time receptionist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

General duties will include:

• Dealing with incoming calls and transferring them through to the right department
• Greeting visitors on arrival ensuring they get correctly signed in
• Receive and send post as well as organise and receive deliveries
• Keep the reception area tidy
• Liaise with the security team to handover ensuring there are good channels on communication.
