To ensure that a hiring business or a recruiting agent is a UK legal entity, we verify businesses to make sure they are registered with the local authorities; have an official phone number & address; and they are still trading.

To get verified at Extra Workforce:

• We verify the business registration in company house, recent accounts and VAT.
• The domain of the business email address must match the domain of the business website
• Business website must be working and not offline or redirecting to another website or domain registrar.
• Business phone must be working and answering.
• We verify the business address & location in Google Map.
• We verify listed memberships and if they are still valid.
• We verify the business social profiles.

Each verification is valid for a year.
