Getting hired at Extra Workforce

Extra Workforce is a modern recruitment agency with zero print policy.

When a new candidate applies for a job at the website and we think they are right fit for job, we send them an invitation to complete their job application on the website.

When logged in and from their dashboard, they can:

Upload documents and Ids.

Complete their personal details, such as immigration status, transport, relevant health issues or a disability , unspent convictions, and next of kin details.

List their addresses for the last 5 years.

List their employments for the last 5 years - including education & gap periods.

List their qualifications and training courses.

And when they finish, they have to read and agree to terms of employment.

All interviews and Ids verifications are done remotely.
