- Any information and personal or business details you provide on this website is accurate and reliable to the best of our knowledge -
this includes information related to employers' business details or job seekers' personal details.
You won't be using extraworkforce.uk to distribute any illegal, obscene or otherwise harmful material.
You won't impersonate other individuals to create false accounts or job ads on extraworkforce.uk.
You won't use scripts or any other tools to harvest information from extraworkforce.uk website.
You won't attempt to send SPAM messages or other forms of unsolicited marketing information to employers or job seekers.
You won't copy or scrape material from extraworkforce.uk website without asking for our permission.
Posting projects and jobs at Extra Workforce
Extra Workforce’s recruitment solutions are designed for direct employers.
By posting projects or jobs on Extra Workforce , you are declaring that you are the direct employer - not a third party staffing service.
You fully agree that you indemnify Extra Workforce for any loss, claims, actions or proceedings that may be brought against
As an employer you will be only be charged for services you purchased or using.
As an employer you are free to end advertising with Extra Workforce at any time after placing your vacancies adverts.
Employers should not create multiple listings for the same vacancy.
Posted vacancies must not discriminate against any protected characteristic as outlined by the Equalities Act 2010.
If a vacancy ad includes information which we believe may be in breach of these legal requirements,
we reserve the right to edit or remove any relevant sections of the vacancy advert.
Employers must not include any content that breaches the data protection or privacy legislation.
Employers must not include any content that infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of another party.
- If we decide to edit or remove a job advert or some content, we accept no liability to users in respect of any such decision.
Fair Use Policy
In order to protect all recruiters and job seekers using our services,
we reserve the right to take down job adverts if we deem them to be abusing the system.
We do this to prevent spam messages, stop harvesting of advertisers' details,
and to encourage all job adverts to portray a true representation of the available vacancy.
We reserve the right to remove job ads after 3 months have elapsed from the time of publication.
If we have reason to believe a vacancy may not currently be available,
we reserve the right to contact the owner of the job advert to confirm if the vacancy is still available.
You agree not to hold Extra Workforce responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of Extra Workforce taking any of the actions described in this section.

In normal circumstances, we will endeavour to respond to customer support requests by email in less than 24 hrs.
Telephone calls made to Extra Workforce may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
Legal Disclaimer on Use of Extra Workforce
You expressly understand and agree that Extra Workforce shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect,
consequential or exemplary damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use,
data or other intangible losses and damages resulting from:
- any document or transaction sent through the service.
- the use or inability to use the service, including errors, interruptions or delays.
- unauthorized access to or alteration of your documents or transmissions.
Extra Workforce will not be liable to you in contract,
or otherwise for any liabilities, damages or losses, whether direct, indirect, consequential, special or otherwise -
incurred or suffered by you or any third party in connection with extraworkforce.uk website, or in connection with the use, inability to use,
or results of the use of the website and any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it.
We are not liable for any consequences or loss from your use of this website.
