What’s New?

When posting a job on Extra Workforce, you can now add customised yes/no and text answer questions for candidates to answer as part of their application.

This makes it easier than ever to screen applicants based on your specific hiring needs.

Set Mandatory Requirements Upfront

One of the standout features is the ability to set certain questions as required to continue. For example:

  • Do you have a valid driving licence?
  • Do you hold a forklift licence?

If an applicant answers “no” to a must-have requirement, they won’t be able to proceed with the application,  saving you time and ensuring only qualified candidates apply.
